Ordering

Ordering at BSN is very simple! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose what you’d like to buy.

  2. Add your items to the shopping cart by pressing the 'add to cart' button.

  3. You can then open the cart by clicking 'view cart' and complete the order by following the steps presented.

*Active discount codes may be entered in the, 'Discount code', box when you first access your cart (see below image)*

It’s possible that due to an error, your products are still listed in your shopping cart even after you have placed your order. Once the order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.  If you haven’t received this e-mail after a few hours, please contact our customer service. Once shipped, you will receive additional communication with your tracking info.

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes despite careful stock management. If so, you’ll receive an e-mail from our team stating that the product was found to be out of stock. You will receive a refund for any out of stock items that will come back to the card that we have on file for that order.

Online orders are prepared immediately, so in most cases it is not possible to make any changes after an order has been placed. However, within a 30 - 60 minute time frame we can cancel your complete order and process a refund. Please keep in mind that refunds can take 3-8 business days to process.

New York law restricts the sale of dietary supplements marketed for weight loss or muscle building to consumers over the age of 18.  As a result, to ship these products to a New York address, Attended Delivery is required. Attended Delivery requires a person age 21 or older be present to receive the order. If your order contains a qualifying product, Attended Delivery will be selected automatically.

 

Upon delivery, you must show a valid government-issued photo ID confirming you are 21 years of age or older. An age verification delivery order will be deemed undeliverable if the recipient cannot verify they are 21 years of age or older using a valid government-issued photo ID.

 

Three total delivery attempts will be made if you are not available the first time. If an Attended Delivery order is deemed to be undeliverable after the above attempts, the entire order will be returned to BSN.

BSN may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from BSN through our website only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The merchandise must be received by BSN within 30 days of your purchase; no returns will be accepted after this time period. 

  • You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the website. 

  • Apparel and Accessories: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging 

  • Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if purchased through gobsn.com or Consumer Affairs for which 75% or more of the product is unused 

If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5.00pm CST) before sending the merchandise back. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for completion of this process.
