If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, please reach out to us and we will be happy to look further into your order! Orders placed with Next Day Delivery before 11am Central Time will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed with Next Day Delivery after 11am Central Time  will be delivered on the second following business day.

• Check to see if you received an order confirmation email.
• The most common reason for not being able to find your tracking number relates to having made a typo in your email address.
• Check your spam folder.
• It can take up to 3 business days for a tracking number to be generated.
• Once your order has left our facility, your tracking number can also be found by logging into your account on our website.
